Free Technique

The following post will outline a helpful free technique that can be used in conjunction with your existing PE treatments. This technique will help you gain control and strengthen your PC Muscle, which can help any man, not only suffers of Premature Ejaculation.

Before we take a look a the technique, we should first gain an understanding of the PC Muscle and what its function is for males. The PC Muscle, as it is called in this article is properly known as the Pubococcygeus Muscle, found in both males and females, is a small banana shaped muscle which stretches the length from your tail bone, or coccyx to your pubic bone. It forms the base of your pubic cavity and is the part of you that holds your sexual organs in the right place.

In males, specifically, the PC Muscle is what controls the flow of urine when a male urinates. During sex and towards the onset of ejaculation, the PC Muscle will contract allowing the flow of sperm instead of urine. It is also responsible for the male’s ability to move the penis without touching it with their hands, making it lift and fall by muscular manipulation. The Exercise:

The following technique is a simple exercise that can greatly enhance your existing PE treatments or, if you are not a PE sufferer, can help you to gain more control over your love making and give your partner the fulfilling orgasm you have been dreaming so long about. Remember that this exercise is designed to strengthen your PC Muscle and so it will not produce amazing results instantly, you need to work at controlling your PC muscle continuously and just like any weight lifter or person training muscles and strengthening them, you will see results over time.

To begin this exercise you need to learn how to contract the PC Muscle. To do this is very simple, all you need to do is to make the same action as you would take when trying to hold in urine when you need to have a pee. When you are bursting at the seems to go to the toilet and you are holding it in, you are in fact using your PC Muscle to control the flow of your urine. This action is contracting the PC Muscle and at the same time strengthening it.

The first exercise is a simple one designed to aid you in using your PC Muscle to control your ejaculation. All you need to do is to contract your PC Muscle as though holding in the urge to urinate, hold this action for 3 to five seconds and then release again. You need to make sure that the muscle has completely relaxed again before you begin the next contraction. This is a single contraction, and to start with, you should be aiming at approximately 20 contractions per session. As you continue to use this technique you can increase the number of contractions to suit your need, but as with any muscle you are working on, you should try not to overdo it.

If you are experiencing any soreness in your muscle after the first 2 or 3 days then you are overdoing it! Slow down, or talk to your physician about why you might be experiencing soreness, all cases are different and you do not want to cause any damage to yourself, so please take it easy to start with, monitor your results, and consult a doctor if you experience any adverse effects!

As a final and concluding not to this post, you should always remember that even though some males claim to be able to endure up to an hour and more of thrusting, this does not make them better lovers than you are! Most females will tell you that it is not all about having a big package or being able to use it for hours. In fact as a last small thought to illustrate this. For now, and until you have mastered control of your PC Muscle, you can use this common technique as well. If you find you are ejaculating too early then spend more time on foreplay. For example, if you spend a good 20 minutes exercising oral sex on your partner before even letting your partner touch your penis, then by the time you are ready to engage in intercourse, your partner will be more than well on their way to orgasm already.
